This is a list of products and projects I’ve worked on as a Product Manager.

IEDi (consulting)

2024

One of the largest private universities in the northern region of Brazil. Helped the team design a new undergraduate program in agronomy and create the strategy for its launch. At the end of the consulting the team had a well defined roadmap on how to go about developing the new course, the launch strategy (including researches to be made) and every stakeholder involved was aligned.

Woohoo Channel

2022 - 2023

A brazilian TV channel focused on sports like surfing, skating and cycling. Helped the company transition to a gaming and e-sports focused approach by modernizing the concept of TV channels by implementing new points of contact with the audience, such as a streaming app, discord server with watchparties, minecraft server with minigames, partnership with creators and etc.

Eduzz Affiliates

2020 - 2022

Eduzz Affiliates (former Select Affiliates), a full fledged affiliate marketplace with payments, splits, KYC, anti fraud algorithms. Achieved 22 million users over its lifespan and 1 million active users monthly, achieving $7M MRR at its peak.
